The Student Startup BOOST Camp will launch you into the world of startups. In just 2.5 days, you will meet the very best mentors and learn how to think like an entrepreneur to launch your very own company.
Follow the practical steps developed by the University of Edinburgh, Venture Builder Incubator program to grow your business idea. Meet like-minded people, learn new skills and have something to add to your CV.
Come with your team and your business or social enterprise idea, that you have explored as part of the CloudEARTHi SEEDplus activity in your institution. You will have opportunities to share experiences with the other teams across the 5 institutions, collaborate on question and answers sessions and compete for a prize.

Student Startup BOOST Camp

BOOST camps will be held in person simultaneously in each of the BOOSTalent institutions (Varna, Tromsø, Istanbul, Burgenland and Kyiv) and will be broadcast live to other teams who are part of the CloudEARTHi community who wish to join.
Over the 2.5 days of interactive workshops, you will explore your communication, your customers and your business plan using the University of Edinburgh sustainable business framework, The Earth Centred Business Design Framework.
Activities include:
Feel free to bring a laptop, mobile, chargers with you, and we will have plenty of flip charts, post it notes and pens, as well as snacks, to keep your creative energy flowing!
There will also be social events and local entrepreneurial ecosystem networking opportunities as part of your institution’s BOOST camp, more details to follow once you have registered to attend.
On the final day, you will have the opportunity to select a team to represent your institution to pitch and compete for a prize against the other teams. The winning team members of the BOOST Camp will be sent their very own University of Edinburgh prize.
Be ready for a 9am start every day ( GMT UK time) { +1 CET Norway, Austria, +2 for Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine}.

And there’s more! Attending this Student Startup BOOST Camp, gives you the opportunity to participate in your Institution’s selection process to represent your startup at the “Startups Showcase Day” during the annual CloudEARTHi conference to be held 27-29 June, in Varna, Bulgaria. You could pitch to a European audience and have access to a wider customer base!
