Postanons. Science and Innovation in Time of War: Navigating Ukraine's Recovery

On February 27, 2024, an international webinar was held to discuss the role of science and innovation during the military conflict and their contribution to Ukraine's recovery. Oleksandra Antoniuk, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Head of Academ.City, discussed the impact of the conflict on the scientific sector and presented initiatives to restore the country's knowledge intensity. They also discussed strategies for engaging European partners to support research and economic recovery. In the post-war period, the emphasis was on technology transfer, adaptation of existing innovations, and development of human capital through educational initiatives.
