The Kyiv Academic University and the Department of Marketing and Business Management and the Center for Sustainable Development Analytics and Business Modeling of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) held the third Mohyla Open Hackathon “BE FIRST: Future of Innovation, Resilience, Security, Technology” under the slogan ”Ideas without Borders: Generate, Act, Be!”

This event brought together young innovators, including students and young entrepreneurs, to create interesting projects to address current global challenges. The final was held in a two-day format, with the first online part on November 7 and the offline part on November 8. Participants presented their projects aimed at overcoming the challenges of the modern world, including resilience to global change, environmental sustainability, and the development of digital technologies.

At the in-person part, the Hackathon organizers focused on security, green transformation, sustainable industry, digital innovation, and post-war recovery. The teams and projects were very strong and the difference between the places was only a few points!
