Seminar of the KAU Grant Office. HOP ON Facility competition

We invite you to a seminar of the UAC Grants Office dedicated to an overview of the HOP ON Facility call and opportunities for Ukrainian scientists to join projects funded by the EU's Horizon Europe program.
This call, within the framework of the WIDERA work program “Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area”, provides an opportunity for Ukrainian researchers to join projects that have already been selected under other calls and are currently being implemented through additional funding for participation from 100 to 600 thousand euros.
We will tell you about the peculiarities of applying for the HOP ON competition, review the process of finding relevant projects, and provide recommendations for preparing materials for contacting the coordinator.

The seminar will be held on July 19, 2024 at 13:00 - 14:00 in a hybrid format - offline at the scientific and educational space of the Kyiv Academic University, with the possibility of joining online in ZOOM.
To participate in the seminar, please fill out the registration form. You will receive an invitation to the seminar after registration.
Participants who join the seminar at the UAC will receive a bonus - a consultation from the Grants Office on participation in various EU and Ukrainian grant programs immediately after the seminar.

• In the future, in the process of preparing grant applications for the HOP ON Facility competition, you will be able to use the services of the UAC Grant Office team, in particular
• Assistance in selecting an existing project to which the Ukrainian team can join with its scientific topic;
• Assistance in preparing a proposal for the Ukrainian participant to join the project in accordance with the topic and requirements of the call for proposals within which the selected project is funded;
• Assistance in establishing contacts with the coordinators of the relevant consortium;
• Consultations in the process of preparing the work package from the Ukrainian participant.
