Dear Mathematics and Physics Teachers,
We invite you to take part in the professional development seminars for mathematics and physics teachers, organized by leading scientific and educational institutions of Ukraine — the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv Academic University, and the “Basis” Research School.
Target audience: secondary school mathematics and physics teachers
Format: hybrid (in person or online)
– January 8: “Basis” Research School
– January 9: Institute of Mathematics of the NAS of Ukraine
Duration: 10 academic hours each day
Certificate: issued to teachers who attend the seminars in person after completion
During the seminars you will be able to:
learn about current problems in physics and mathematics and discuss them with leading scientists from academic institutes;
explore new methodological developments by teachers and researchers in the field of research-based (STEM) education;
become familiar with new and engaging research problems that can be used in classroom teaching and extracurricular activities;
communicate with leading mathematicians and physicists, researchers, teachers, and like-minded colleagues from across Ukraine.
