The seminar will focus on the principle of the “fifth freedom” for the single market, aimed at the free exchange of knowledge and the creation of new opportunities for researchers in the EU, as well as the necessary efforts and obstacles to its implementation. Research universities are becoming an important component of this process. Given the focus of Ukrainian science on integration into the ENP, Ukrainian universities will also face challenges.
