The joint seminar of the State Institution "Kyiv Academic University" of the National Academy of Sciences and Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Institution "Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" is dedicated to the development of the innovation ecosystem of Ukraine and problems related to technology transfer. The seminar is organized within the framework of the Academ.City project with the support of the international project BOOSTalent.
The seminar is held online every second Friday from 15:00 to 16:00 Kyiv time.

Abstract: The report is devoted to the four-level model of regulating the development of startup entrepreneurship, including the global ranking of Ukraine and the dynamics of Ukrainian startups. As a promising direction of startup support, the author proposes to create an academic platform in cooperation between all ecosystem participants.
