G-Force is a venture capital fund dedicated to climate technology and supporting innovative projects aimed at reducing global greenhouse gas emissions.

The seminar will focus on best practices in technology transfer and outline key ideas for interaction between venture capitalists and spinouts, as well as identify opportunities and risks of different approaches to technology transfer. Considerable attention will be paid to the problems of startup development and the formulation of technology transfer policy in terms of creating value for all participants in this process.
