About the lecturer: 

 Florin Păun, PhD, is an expert in innovation, recognized for his development of a   new French model of innovation and for adapting the theories of Nobel Prize   winners Joseph Stiglitz and Amartya Sen to collaborative processes. His career   includes roles such as Director of Innovation at AKKA Group, Deputy Director of   Innovation at ONERA and Director of Strategy and Development at the SAFE  

Competitive Pole in France. Currently, he serves as Chief Science Officer and Head of IP at ARESIA,  an aerospace and defense group, while also working as an entrepreneur and business angel. He  founded CELIDEA Consultancy and teaches his innovation methods at prestigious institutions like  ISAE, Ecole de l'Air, ENAC, ESEO, and Toulouse Business School. His strategies aim to foster shared  value creation among research labs, SMEs, multinationals, clusters, and regions.

The workshop is part of the EU-funded project “Enhancing capacities for technology transfer,  company building and innovations in the field of ICT” (CapTTict), aimed at strengthening  technology transfer practices across institutions in the Danube region.
